After a rather tough play, Cordoba Futbol Club's Vicente Santiago got a free kick in the 37th minute. Jairo Bizi kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Francesco Belardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Satordi in the 43rd minute of the match. If Raimundo Satordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the game, GINOKPO's Raimundo Satordi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francesco Belardi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 56 minutes, Jairo Bizi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cordoba Futbol Club and the GINOKPO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jairo Bizi hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, GINOKPO's goalkeeper Mariusz Szarmach had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Ciceron. When Jairo Bizi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. Mariusz Szarmach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Sabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cordoba Futbol Club's Danilo Barros quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Isidro Clodio, made in the 87th minute of the game. Many of Cordoba Futbol Club's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cordoba Futbol Club may have spent more time on the ball, but GINOKPO were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
