With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Tristan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Juanchi FC's zone, Nunez Frasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Argi came out of the goal and Nunez Frasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro Argi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Frasco in the 31st minute. 36 minutes into the match, Danilo Lartaun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodoro Argi. Juanchi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Lartaun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.

Juanchi FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pastor Frasco in the 53rd minute. After 54 played minutes Requelme AFC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Gora. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Frasco in the 56th minute of play forced Juanchi FC's goalkeeper Teodoro Argi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Bibiano during the 63rd minute.
