The long shot by Jonatan Blasi in the 3rd minute really tested Gazanfer Garipoğlu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Santiago Feliz came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Pecho Antártico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Feliz couldn't finish the play. Candido Macias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santiago Feliz's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes, Santiago Feliz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Acheral's Candido Macias tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th match minute, Pecho Antártico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Feliz to maneuver through the defense. If Santiago Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Carolo Diegotxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th match minute, Acheral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Cerilo to maneuver through the defense. Candido Macias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Feliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pecho Antártico's Santiago Feliz in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Acheral's goalie prevented a goal. Teodosio Abeita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teodosio Abeita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th match minute, Acheral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Cerilo to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Feliz to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Santiago Feliz put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Candido Macias. Gazanfer Garipoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Rami in the 59th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Pascual Rami made a precise shot to the right of Gazanfer Garipoğlu. Pecho Antártico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Teodosio Abeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gazanfer Garipoğlu having to interfere. Gazanfer Garipoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Rami, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Gazanfer Garipoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Abeita in the 74th minute of the match. Igor Gasteiz charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Gasteiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Igor Gasteiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Pecho Antártico's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Rami came free, but Gazanfer Garipoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gazanfer Garipoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Abeita in the 93rd minute of the match. 98 minutes into the game, Pecho Antártico's Santiago Feliz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Candido Macias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The Pecho Antártico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pecho Antártico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
