Talleres de Córdoba's Feliciano Ferrer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Talleres de Córdoba from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Aragones in the 16th minute of play forced Talleres de Córdoba's goalkeeper Feliciano Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Silvio Crescencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres de Córdoba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matilde FC the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, Matilde FC's Ubaldo Aragones tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Matilde FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Gauargi. Matilde FC's Delmar Napier got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Gorka in the 28th minute of play forced Matilde FC's goalkeeper Narciso Enmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Ubaldo Aragones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliciano Ferrer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 40 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Aragones recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Feliciano Ferrer. Ubaldo Aragones showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Aragones in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliciano Ferrer saved Talleres de Córdoba from getting behind. Ubaldo Aragones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Ferrer having to interfere. A collision led to Talleres de Córdoba getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Eliseo Roderigo hit a great ball. Talleres de Córdoba's Feliciano Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Aragones in the 62nd minute of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Delmar Napier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matilde FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Napier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feliciano Ferrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Aragones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Armando Gauargi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliciano Ferrer was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Silvio Crescencio hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. If Ubaldo Aragones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes, Ubaldo Aragones made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Talleres de Córdoba's Feliciano Ferrer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Delmar Napier notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Talleres de Córdoba's Feliciano Ferrer. Feliciano Ferrer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Feliciano Ferrer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Aragones in the 98th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Matilde FC fully deserved thier win.
