Ulises Dei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Eneas having to interfere. The supporters of Elisa AFC booed when san lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Atarrabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaias Dominix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the san lorenzo defense, Nicanor Silvino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Olivar. The san lorenzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Olivar should have stopped the shot. Ulises Dei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Rene Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnino Ishmael's late challenge caught a san lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saturnino Ishmael helped the player get up and apologised. Saturnino Ishmael hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Isaias Dominix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulises Dei in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Eneas saved Elisa AFC from getting behind. When Ulises Dei came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the san lorenzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulises Dei couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulises Dei was the one to do the kick off. When Nunez Jakobe came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the san lorenzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nunez Jakobe couldn't finish the play. If Nunez Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Ulises Dei could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Rene Eneas however easily saved by the left post. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Nunez Jakobe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rene Eneas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Dominix, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 64th match minute, Elisa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Raphael to maneuver through the defense. Cayetano Bero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eulalio Atarrabi came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the san lorenzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Atarrabi couldn't finish the play. Elisa AFC's Rene Eneas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Dominix in the 77th minute of play. san lorenzo's Nunez Jakobe got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nunez Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rene Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulises Dei in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Eneas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Isaias Dominix came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the san lorenzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Dominix couldn't finish the play. The Elisa AFC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
