Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Godfredo Gomez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pegaso FC's Maximiliano Goyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Matxin in the 3rd minute of play. Serafino Erroman kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, David Rioja cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Maximiliano Goyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Cieneguita booed when Pegaso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Illan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Honorato Matxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Goyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, David Rioja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximiliano Goyo. Pegaso FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Rioja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Placido Illan notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Cieneguita's Octavio Tristan. Octavio Tristan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorato Matxin in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiliano Goyo saved Pegaso FC from getting behind. Pegaso FC's Severo Rumaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25 played minutes Cieneguita got a freekick which was hit by Felix Marz. 27 minutes into the match, Pegaso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Marz came free, but Maximiliano Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, David Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cieneguita's supporters rose to their feet, but David Rioja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Goyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Placido Illan charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Illan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pegaso FC's Placido Illan got a free kick in the 30th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Honorato Matxin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cieneguita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Matxin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Rioja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Maximiliano Goyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pegaso FC's Maximiliano Goyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Matxin in the 38th minute of play. Maximiliano Goyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Matxin, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Cieneguita's Honorato Matxin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Goyo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Pegaso FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cieneguita were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorato Matxin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pegaso FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Honorato Matxin scored to the left of an out of position Maximiliano Goyo, making the score, 1-4. Vicente Lesardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximiliano Goyo. Pegaso FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pegaso FC's zone, David Rioja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Goyo came out of the goal and David Rioja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pegaso FC's Placido Illan got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Placido Illan off the ground. In the 79th minute, Placido Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Matxin in the 82nd minute of play forced Pegaso FC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Goyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Pegaso FC's Maximiliano Goyo got control of the ball when David Rioja tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Severo Rumaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pegaso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Rumaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Tristan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When David Rioja came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Cieneguita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Rioja couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Pegaso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Matxin came free, but Maximiliano Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Pegaso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Gomez to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Honorato Matxin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cieneguita's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
