El Palomar FC's Ramon Guillelme got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 27 played minutes El Palomar FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Guillelme. If German Manuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luar in the 32nd minute of the match. Alejandro Gonchan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Manuelo in the 33rd minute of play. In the 40th minute, Israel Dalmau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandro Gonchan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Manuelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Ramon Guillelme notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Lipeo AFC's Andres Velasco. Andres Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lipeo AFC's Melchor Urtungo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 77th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alejandro Gonchan but with some difficulty. Eliseo Guillen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alejandro Gonchan came out and tried to block the shot, but Eliseo Guillen slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 83rd minute. Lipeo AFC's German Manuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliseo Guillen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Alejandro Gonchan made a huge save. In the 97th minute, Pedro Luar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Palomar FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Lipeo AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because El Palomar FC had won, even though Lipeo AFC had held more of the ball.
