Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Feliciano Abaunza made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes LaGoma FC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Javiero. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Feliciano Abaunza sped through LaGoma FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnoldo Dantae. After a rather tough play, Cortines's Pastor Andrade got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Filomeno Pes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jose Firman skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute, Filomeno Pes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnoldo Dantae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Musko, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Abaunza in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Dantae prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the game, Vytautas Kuzminskas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cortines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LaGoma FC the free kick. After 19 played minutes Cortines got a freekick which was hit by Vytautas Kuzminskas. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cortines's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filomeno Pes was slow to take the kick. During this time LaGoma FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on LaGoma FC's corner Filomeno Pes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jose Firman quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cortines's Pastor Andrade got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A hard shot by Filomeno Pes from long distance, 23 minutes into the match, got Jose Firman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Abel Oriche hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Dantae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Cortines defense, Filomeno Pes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jose Firman. The Cortines fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jose Firman should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Oriche stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, LaGoma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Perico to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Abaunza in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Dantae prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes in the game, Feliciano Abaunza fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Arnoldo Dantae having to interfere. Isidoro James might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Firman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro James ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Cortines booed when LaGoma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Oriche didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, LaGoma FC's Ignacio Javiero got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Santos in the 73rd minute of play forced LaGoma FC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Dantae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Cortines were awarded a corner. Cristo Camerino went to the cornerflag to take it. Arnoldo Dantae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Cristo Camerino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Dantae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Oriche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Cortines left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LaGoma FC.
