Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sergio Poncio took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, one of Club Atletico Platense:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Platense. After 11 minutes of play, Candelaria's Inocencio Oxarra made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Marques was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Guido Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candelaria's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Diaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Club Atletico Platense's Lucas Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Oliverio in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Sergio Poncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Sergio Poncio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Platense's Lucas Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 played minutes Club Atletico Platense got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Nicholas. In the 28th minute, Julian Kissel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Platense's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Poncio came free, but Lucas Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Poncio in the 31st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Poncio in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the game, Inocencio Oxarra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Lucas Marques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 47th minute, Guido Diaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Candelaria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filiberto Acuña stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sergio Poncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Marques having to interfere. A hard shot 61 in the game by Sergio Poncio from a close distance when the talented Lucas Marques managed to make a qualified save. Club Atletico Platense's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vladimiro Honrio during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Vladimiro Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, Club Atletico Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Nicholas to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Marques made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Inocencio Oxarra sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Honrio in the 72nd minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Julio Ermano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergio Poncio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Lucas Marques when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Lucas Marques managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Candelaria's Sergio Poncio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ceferino Endira took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Ermano. Julio Ermano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. In the 80th minute, Sergio Poncio made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Marques. Club Atletico Platense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. After a rather tough play, Candelaria's Christian Gudesteo got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Godfredo Saturnin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 91 minutes, Julian Kissel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candelaria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Kissel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Poncio in the 92nd minute of the match. Candelaria's Julio Ermano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Acuña in the 97th minute of play.
