The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Hibai was the one to do the kick off. Atilano Otsando kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. When Pastor Lleir fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La COSTA FC's protests and gave Pastor Lleir a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, La COSTA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Lleir to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Nicasio Teodor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucio Louis. That made the score 0-2 in the 58 minute of play. After 61 played minutes La COSTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Lop. After a defensive mix-up in La COSTA FC's zone, Mauro Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ettore Berardini came out of the goal and Mauro Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pastor Lleir who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Lucio Louis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Pastor Lleir in the 79th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 82 minutes into the match, La COSTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Markel came free, but Ettore Berardini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Norberto Daunte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rescate's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Daunte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ettore Berardini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Markel in the 89th minute of play forced La COSTA FC's goalkeeper Ettore Berardini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Norberto Daunte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Rescate supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La COSTA FC's performance. The match ended with a win for La COSTA FC.
