Ulises Piearres might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdomiro Matos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulises Piearres ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Barcelona's Remus Gheorghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Arenas in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to LOS ALAMOS F.C getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Jonatan Afonso hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Ulises Piearres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valdomiro Matos was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 23rd minute, Martín Arenas made a precise shot to the right of Remus Gheorghe. FC Barcelona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 26 minutes into the game, Zeledon Harri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bogumil Zywiec hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Ulises Piearres in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Valdomiro Matos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 37 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Aritza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Remus Gheorghe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th match minute, LOS ALAMOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Zywiec to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, LOS ALAMOS F.C's Arnulfo Aritza got a free kick in the 47th minute.

After 55 played minutes Leonardo Saturnin rounded FC Barcelona's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. In the 59th minute, Leonardo Saturnin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Ulises Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, LOS ALAMOS F.C's Martín Arenas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Remus Gheorghe made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Martín Arenas sent off a good shot on target. When Cesar Jacob came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Jacob couldn't finish the play. Remus Gheorghe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martín Arenas in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute Bogumil Zywiec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Gheorghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Barcelona's Remus Gheorghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Saturnin in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Remus Gheorghe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martín Arenas. Remus Gheorghe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Baristo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 85 minute of play. When the match was over LOS ALAMOS F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Barcelona throughout the match.
