Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ismael Barrionuevo started the match with the kick off. Boca Juniors's Arnulfo Heli quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bonifacio Nardo, made in the 4th minute of the game. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when REYES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Fiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Norberto Abeita successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Tanio in the 18th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Norberto Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Samuel Gomesano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Juniors and the REYES players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Gomesano to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Abeita was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rolando Tanio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Tanio in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norberto Abeita saved Boca Juniors from getting behind. In the 33rd minute of the match Benjamin Hermelando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bartolo Maties skillfully saved the ball. Norberto Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Tanio in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Ismael Barrionuevo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norberto Abeita. Boca Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Barrionuevo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 42nd minute, Rolando Tanio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Abeita was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Ismael Barrionuevo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Norberto Abeita made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Tibalt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Barrionuevo in the 52nd minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Norberto Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Abeita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Tanio, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Bartolo Maties made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Tibalt in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Tanio in the 63rd minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Norberto Abeita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Gutxi. Norberto Abeita came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by REYES's Rolando Tanio. But to his dismay, Rolando Tanio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 78 minutes into the match, Ismael Barrionuevo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norberto Abeita. Boca Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Barrionuevo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Norberto Abeita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Barrionuevo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Constantino Gutxi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Abeita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Barrionuevo's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Arturo Calisto hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. REYES's Serafino Bilbo got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the REYES players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
