After a rather tough play, F.C.Pegasus's Cristian Camerino got a free kick in the 4th minute. Paolo Magdaleno made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 5thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Simo Kuusinen would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Rosendo Ovando hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the game, Fabio Berto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C.Pegasus the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! The referee gave F.C.Pegasus a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Juan Herena, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》's Alonzo Patrido. 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, F.C.Pegasus's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Isusko came free, but Simo Kuusinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rosendo Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alonzo Patrido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurelio Fix went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute Tomas Caitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Patrido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Ovando in the 38th minute of play forced F.C.Pegasus's goalkeeper Simo Kuusinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simo Kuusinen made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Paolo Magdaleno sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Genaro Isusko took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Simo Kuusinen to make any attempt to save it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Caitano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Narciso Nesto kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After 51 minutes of play, 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》's Genaro Isusko made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simo Kuusinen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 54 played minutes 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》 got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Lartaun. If Aurelio Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th match minute, F.C.Pegasus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Sidoro to maneuver through the defense. 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》's Alonzo Patrido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》 from getting a goal against them. Alonzo Patrido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Abella in the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of F.C.Pegasus booed when 《• PROCOL HARUM CLUB •》 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Bizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Paolo Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Rosendo Ovando notched a goal, 4-4, to the right of F.C.Pegasus's Simo Kuusinen. Simo Kuusinen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. During the 80th minute of the match Fabio Berto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fabio Berto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Aurelio Fix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Patrido having to interfere. Alonzo Patrido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Abella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.Pegasus's zone, Paolo Magdaleno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simo Kuusinen came out of the goal and Paolo Magdaleno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paolo Magdaleno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Simo Kuusinen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paolo Magdaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simo Kuusinen having to interfere.
