Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulises Bastian to make the kick off. Gustavo Aznaro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Faustino Gamus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Fermin Cucao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Ulises Bastian made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Theodore. Bocayuva's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 87 minutes of play Athletic Qizio's Ulises Bastian was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Athletic Qizio getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ulises Bastian hit a great ball. Gustavo Aznaro took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustino Gamus. Faustino Gamus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The supporters of Athletic Qizio booed when Bocayuva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Criston didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Bocayuva left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Athletic Qizio.
