Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Norberto Rodriguez got the match started through his kick off. Ambrosio Oinatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Tibalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Gaspar Birila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Obanta AFC booed when Anzoátegui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Gotzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Astor Valerio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ambrosio Oinatz. Anzoátegui's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tiburcio Buinton kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Anzoátegui's Ambrosio Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Cordairo in the 27th minute of play. Ambrosio Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Rodriguez in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Anzoátegui defense, Norberto Rodriguez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ambrosio Oinatz. The Anzoátegui fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ambrosio Oinatz should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Eron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Placido Cordario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Gotzon's late challenge caught a Obanta AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aureliano Gotzon helped the player get up and apologised. Aureliano Gotzon hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When Prudencio Eron came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Anzoátegui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Eron couldn't finish the play.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prudencio Eron to make the kick off. Prudencio Eron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Obanta AFC's Julian Cordero got a free kick in the 57th minute. Iker Daunte charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iker Daunte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Anzoátegui getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Iker Daunte hit a great ball. In the 85th match minute, Obanta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Valerio to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Obanta AFC defense, Prudencio Eron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Placido Cordario. The Obanta AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Placido Cordario should have stopped the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Anzoátegui's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Rodriguez came free, but Ambrosio Oinatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Cordario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prudencio Eron went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Anzoátegui were victorious despite being under pressure from Obanta AFC for much of the match.
