Gavino Bartuelo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. SAn Pedro F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Miguel Duardo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Azevedo in the 17th minute of play forced Chacharramendi FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Omero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, one of Chacharramendi FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Chacharramendi FC:s Alonzo Omero showed great skill when he stopped Horacio Hotz:s penalty. SAn Pedro F.C.'s Horacio Hotz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alonzo Omero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, SAn Pedro F.C.'s Miguel Duardo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Manuel Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Guillermo Clemencin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Manuel Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chacharramendi FC's protests and gave Manuel Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. Manuel Almeida hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Emiliano Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Chacharramendi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Azevedo came free, but Alonzo Omero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chacharramendi FC's Manuel Almeida got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Emiliano Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th match minute, Chacharramendi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Almeida to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Emiliano Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The supporters of SAn Pedro F.C. booed when Chacharramendi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Kusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chacharramendi FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
