In the 19th minute, Pascual Uzuri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Pascual Uzuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Torres having to interfere. Inocencio Arias hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. José Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Uzuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Hunfredo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Domingos Senin made the kick off in the second half. Augusto Gaur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. José Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 54 played minutes Huayatayoc FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Viator. 58 minutes into the game, Mark Tillich lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated José Torres. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Uzuri in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Torres saved Huayatayoc FC from getting behind. Huayatayoc FC made a substitution. Jose Benvido replaced Domingos Senin. Huayatayoc FC made a substitution. Luciano Ado replaced Saverio Rocio. 77 minutes into the match, Mark Tillich had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Torres. Huayatayoc FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mark Tillich was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When Gervasio Rosio fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huayatayoc FC's protests and gave Gervasio Rosio a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Huayatayoc FC got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Rosio. The Huayatayoc FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. papin f.c were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
