Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mendoza S.C's Gencer Boysan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute Higinio Irrintzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Urki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mendoza S.C booed when Post Mortem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Fix didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Mendoza S.C getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ernesto Francho hit a great ball. Higinio Irrintzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Cayetano Macias made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Benino. Post Mortem FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 34 minutes into the match, Mendoza S.C's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Irrintzi came free, but Juan Urki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Urki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Higinio Irrintzi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. After 46 minutes, Cayetano Macias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mendoza S.C and the Post Mortem FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Higinio Irrintzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Higinio Irrintzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Quintyn in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Urki saved Mendoza S.C from getting behind. Juan Urki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Quintyn in the 68th minute of the match. Juan Urki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Irrintzi in the 70th minute of play. Mendoza S.C's Juan Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Irrintzi in the 80th minute of play. The excitement rose when Post Mortem FC's Simon Fix after 90 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Mendoza S.C's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 2-1. Post Mortem FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
