Gogo Ezkerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Eliazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Rufino F.C.'s zone, Adolfo Ubendu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gogo Ezkerra came out of the goal and Adolfo Ubendu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gogo Ezkerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Eliazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Joel Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gogo Ezkerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Ubendu in the 20th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Joel Eliazar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gogo Ezkerra was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Ubendu in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gogo Ezkerra saved Rufino F.C. from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Adolfo Ubendu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Rufino F.C.'s Gogo Ezkerra. Gogo Ezkerra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the game, Superdemons's Adolfo Ubendu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gogo Ezkerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. A collision led to Superdemons getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Denis Padro hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Superdemons's Denis Padro got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Robin Domachowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Eliazar kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Superdemons booed when Rufino F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Domachowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gogo Ezkerra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Ubendu in the 69th minute. In the 76th minute Robin Domachowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Rufino F.C.'s goalkeeper Gogo Ezkerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lex Horring. In the 85th minute, Isaias Beremundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Superdemons's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Domachowski came free, but Isidro Pacorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Rufino F.C. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Robin Domachowski hit a great ball. Adolfo Ubendu took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gogo Ezkerra. Gogo Ezkerra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Adolfo Ubendu struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gogo Ezkerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Superdemons. If Joel Eliazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute of the match, Joel Eliazar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gogo Ezkerra saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Superdemons played a much better game than Rufino F.C. and deserved their victory. The Rufino F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
