After having played for 4 minutes, Hipolito Laurin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventud de Pergamino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Laurin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Juventud de Pergamino's Stefan Leper got a free kick in the 5th minute. Severiano Hibai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Toribio in the 7th minute. Filiberto Gar charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiberto Gar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th match minute, Huasayacu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Gar to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Juventud de Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Gartxot came free, but Severiano Hibai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes Huasayacu got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Oliveiro. After 15 minutes, Aureliano Montez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventud de Pergamino and the Huasayacu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Juventud de Pergamino's Aureliano Montez got a free kick in the 15th minute. Severiano Hibai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Gar in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Gartxot in the 19th minute of play forced Juventud de Pergamino's goalkeeper Severiano Hibai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Emenon scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernan Lekubegi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Juventud de Pergamino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Victoriano Oliveiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Huasayacu booed when Juventud de Pergamino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Laurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Stefan Leper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Fernan Lekubegi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juventud de Pergamino's Severiano Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Gartxot in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Aureliano Montez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Juventud de Pergamino getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Aureliano Montez hit a great ball. Juventud de Pergamino's Severiano Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Gar in the 93rd minute of play. The Huasayacu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Juventud de Pergamino were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
