Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Prudencio Emmanuel kicked off to start the match. Benicio Laurin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tadeo Montez came out and tried to block the shot, but Benicio Laurin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. With his leg Tadeo Montez managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Maltide AFC's Romulo Lizer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Maltide AFC's Fabricio Cayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Orlandus in the 19th minute of play. Elvio Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fabricio Cayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prudencio Emmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Elvio Quiroga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabricio Cayo. Maltide AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elvio Quiroga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A hard shot 31 in the game by Romulo Lizer from a close distance when the talented Tadeo Montez managed to make a qualified save. Bernal FC's players were relieved. After 33 minutes, Ricardo Orlandus made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Maltide AFC's Fabricio Cayo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Fulgencio Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bernal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Nayely was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Cayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabricio Cayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Orlandus in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Orlandus to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Maltide AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Garoa. Fabricio Cayo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elvio Quiroga. Maltide AFC's Fabricio Cayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Maltide AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute Ricardo Orlandus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Cayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Cefero might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabricio Cayo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateo Cefero ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ricardo Orlandus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bernal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Orlandus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Nayely in the 75th minute of the match. When Horacio Eneko came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Bernal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Eneko couldn't finish the play. In the 79th match minute, Maltide AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Abecia to maneuver through the defense. Maltide AFC's Fabricio Cayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Orlandus in the 82nd minute of play. When Romulo Lizer came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Maltide AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Lizer couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Orlandus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Fabricio Cayo made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Bernal FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Maltide AFC.
