Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elpidio Ovando took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Barcelona defense, Javier Batistuta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Lixandro. The Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Lixandro should have stopped the shot. Cipriano Javiero kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Eduardo Galo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Macondo's zone, Oscar Hitzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermelando Torio came out of the goal and Oscar Hitzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuel Christobal took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermelando Torio. Hermelando Torio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 15 minutes into the game, Elpidio Ovando recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Lixandro. Elpidio Ovando showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If Samuel Christobal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Christobal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Hermelando Torio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ricart. Juliano Kayser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Antonio Lixandro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pastor Lico fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barcelona's protests and gave Pastor Lico a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th match minute, Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Lico to maneuver through the defense. Hermelando Torio came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcelona's Oscar Hitzeder. But to his dismay, Oscar Hitzeder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Barcelona's Samuel Christobal got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elpidio Ovando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Lixandro having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samuel Christobal made a kick off. A collision led to Macondo getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Aquiles Loramendi hit a great ball. Jeronimo Isidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Hermelando Torio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Macondo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nunez Chan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 58 minutes, Samuel Christobal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Christobal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Macondo's Hermelando Torio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Isidor in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Barcelona's Samuel Christobal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hermelando Torio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 73 minutes, Samuel Christobal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Christobal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hermelando Torio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juliano Kayser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Samuel Christobal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Christobal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermelando Torio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 81 played minutes Macondo got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Loramendi. Barcelona made a substitution. Hipolito Furtado replaced Emanuel Ricart. Juliano Kayser hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 93 minutes, Antonio Lueje mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Macondo and the Barcelona players grew even worse after the yellow card. Antonio Lueje kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Jeronimo Isidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barcelona were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Macondo to leave the ground with a draw.
