The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 56 minutes into the game, Depredator FC's Lucio Lauro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zacarias Cordeara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 60 minutes into the match, Jeremias Galeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Ofelio. Depredator FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremias Galeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 65th minute, Jeremias Galeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorio Ofelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a rather tough play, Depredator FC's Melquiades Goyo got a free kick in the 68th minute. A collision led to BANFIELD F.C getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jeremias Galeno hit a great ball. With 76 minutes on the clock, Silvano Geleberto commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Depredator FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BANFIELD F.C:s goal. Faustino Sadurni struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Honorio Ofelio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BANFIELD F.C. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Galeno in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Honorio Ofelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Galeno in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorio Ofelio saved Depredator FC from getting behind. After 98 minutes, Jeremias Galeno made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Depredator FC's Honorio Ofelio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
