After 19 played minutes Metrópolis City got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Birila. 21 minutes into the match, Metrópolis City's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Gonzales came free, but Jonatan Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Jon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Demario in the 23rd minute of the match. Simon Jon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Viator in the 27th minute of play. Jonatan Venerando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Montel, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Montel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonatan Venerando. Metrópolis City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmacio Montel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Romero's Simon Jon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Romero from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute, Dionisio Artaldo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonatan Venerando. The goal made the score 1-3. 91 minutes into the match, Romero's Dalmacio Montel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Venerando narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
