Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guillermo Gonza took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Racing Club de Avellaneda getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Guillermo Gonza hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Gonza in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saverio Beremundo saved labase from getting behind. If Celso Ubelteso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in labase's zone, Rodolfo Ixidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Beremundo came out of the goal and Rodolfo Ixidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 minutes of play, Racing Club de Avellaneda's Guillermo Gonza made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saverio Beremundo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Racing Club de Avellaneda's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Angelo Azeari 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. When Guillermo Gonza came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Racing Club de Avellaneda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Gonza couldn't finish the play. Celso Ubelteso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guillermo Gonza scored 1-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saverio Beremundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hilario Llope hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Gonza in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saverio Beremundo saved labase from getting behind. 40 minutes into the match, labase's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Gonza came free, but Saverio Beremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Racing Club de Avellaneda were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Rafael Cresitobalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Guillermo Gonza fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club de Avellaneda's protests and gave Guillermo Gonza a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Gonza hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Racing Club de Avellaneda's Candido Tohias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Cresitobalo in the 58th minute of play. Rodolfo Ixidor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Saverio Beremundo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zacarias Silvanito kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. labase made a substitution. Teo Rito replaced Denis Otsoko. A collision led to labase getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zacarias Silvanito hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Racing Club de Avellaneda's Primitivo Gonchan got a free kick in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Rito in the 72nd minute of play forced Racing Club de Avellaneda's goalkeeper Candido Tohias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saverio Beremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Gonza in the 73rd minute of the match. Saverio Beremundo was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Rodolfo Ixidor capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rodolfo Ixidor really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Rodolfo Ixidor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodolfo Ixidor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Saverio Beremundo made a huge save. After 79 minutes labase's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rodolfo Ixidor who took care of the corner kick. In the 83rd minute, Rodolfo Ixidor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Candido Tohias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Cresitobalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Llope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. labase's Saverio Beremundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Gonza in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Racing Club de Avellaneda had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
