Narciso Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Adriano Gaúcho made a precise shot to the right of Narciso Dracena. Marcoteam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Calva booed when Marcoteam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Liher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaac Azubeli was the one to do the kick off. Romulo Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Goyo in the 70th minute of play. Hugo Panpili made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Calva's Tadeo Guter. A collision led to Marcoteam getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. 麦思政 hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Marcoteam's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adriano Gaúcho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 79 played minutes Calva got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Gaúcho. In the 80thth minute of the game Juan Goyo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calva's Romulo Jaume was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Calva getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Melquiades Iraido hit a great ball. In the 85th match minute, Calva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Guter to maneuver through the defense. If Juan Goyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romulo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Goyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Marcoteam fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Calva were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
