Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leon Paio took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Omar Chus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fulgencio Gabon. Curtiembre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Chus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Curtiembre's Fulgencio Gabon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Esquipula in the 7th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Freire AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Bastia. 10 minutes into the match, Nestor Orlo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fulgencio Gabon. Curtiembre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Orlo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Hermengildo Soter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Savier having to interfere. If Omar Chus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 minutes of play, Freire AFC's Nestor Orlo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Gabon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute Nestor Orlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Gabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Orlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Gabon having to interfere. Fulgencio Gabon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Chus's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Nestor Orlo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fulgencio Gabon. Curtiembre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Orlo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Omar Chus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Gabon having to interfere. Fulgencio Gabon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Orlo in the 45th minute of play. Leon Paio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Savier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Chus was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Silvano Senen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curtiembre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Freire AFC the free kick. Omar Chus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Omar Chus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Soter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Patricio Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Curtiembre getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Leo Telo hit a great ball. A hard shot by Christian Restu from long distance, 68 minutes into the match, got Fulgencio Gabon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Nestor Orlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Freire AFC's Omar Chus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Gabon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Curtiembre's Hermengildo Soter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patricio Savier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Hermengildo Soter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87thth minute of the game Hermengildo Soter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Freire AFC's Patricio Savier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Omar Chus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Gabon was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. 91 minutes into the match, Freire AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Soter came free, but Patricio Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nestor Orlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Omar Chus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Freire AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Chus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freire AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
