When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres Gitano made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Gitano got free with Iker Cordera in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Andres Gitano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Cordera was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Edvaldo Rodrigues could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Iker Cordera made a huge save. Iker Cordera came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Dasenger FC's Edvaldo Rodrigues. But to his dismay, Edvaldo Rodrigues quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 66th minute Andres Gitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Cordera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Cordera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvaldo Rodrigues in the 67th minute. When Edvaldo Rodrigues came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Dasenger FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvaldo Rodrigues couldn't finish the play. Ciriaco Osorio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When the match was over Dasenger FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Naranja Mecanica throughout the match.
