Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horacio Jakes in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santo Izotz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santo Izotz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 73 minutes, Nicolas Tabor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sugarelli F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Tabor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horacio Jakes scored 1-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santo Izotz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Ciudad Evita's zone, Ceferino Malvin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Izotz came out of the goal and Ceferino Malvin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
