Ibarlucea AFC's Abel Cordeal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Ibarlucea AFC from getting a goal against them. 7 minutes into the game, Kabenzotz's Reynaldo Cedro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abel Cordeal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Ibarlucea AFC's goalkeeper Abel Cordeal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Cedro. Reynaldo Cedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Abel Cordeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristobal Rayman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Leoncio in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ibarlucea AFC's Augusto Ikatz got a free kick in the 18th minute. Orlando Osoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Victorino Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Victorino Leoncio sped through Kabenzotz's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristobal Rayman. After having played for 42 minutes, Victorino Leoncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibarlucea AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Leoncio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute Victorino Leoncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Rayman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristobal Rayman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Ayala, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victorino Leoncio to make the kick off. Tomás Hernando was extremely unlucky when he, in the 52nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Urbano Frutos fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kabenzotz's protests and gave Urbano Frutos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Benito Ayala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristobal Rayman came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibarlucea AFC's Victorino Leoncio. But to his dismay, Victorino Leoncio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Abel Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Emeterio in the 68th minute of the match. Reynaldo Cedro might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Cordeal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Cedro ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristobal Rayman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Leoncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Kabenzotz getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Erasmo Fe hit a great ball. Braulio Tome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Kabenzotz's Reynaldo Cedro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abel Cordeal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Benito Ayala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Cristobal Rayman made a huge save. If Victorino Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristobal Rayman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Leoncio went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Ibarlucea AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
