In the 10th minute Arnulfo Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artemio Peruanton got free with Filiberto Gonsalvo in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnulfo Ieltxu scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filiberto Gonsalvo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Muñiz's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Ieltxu came free, but Filiberto Gonsalvo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Romulo Celipe notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Muñiz's Filiberto Gonsalvo. Filiberto Gonsalvo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claudio Iago came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Muñiz's Domingo Ubelteso. But to his dismay, Domingo Ubelteso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After some careless play in the Bañado AFC defense, Domingo Ubelteso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudio Iago. The Bañado AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudio Iago should have stopped the shot. Filiberto Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimundo Micael kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Bedir Karluk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muñiz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Bedir Karluk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Iago having to interfere. Filiberto Gonsalvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Ieltxu in the 42nd minute of play. Bedir Karluk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Iago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Claudio Iago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bedir Karluk in the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bedir Karluk to strike the kick off in the second half. Bañado AFC's Claudio Iago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bedir Karluk in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Bañado AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dante Guzman hit a great ball. 67 minutes in the game Domingo Ubelteso after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Claudio Iago. A very good opportunity. Claudio Iago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedir Karluk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the game, Elvio Quilino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Filiberto Gonsalvo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filiberto Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 played minutes Bañado AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Quilino. 79 minutes into the game, Artemio Peruanton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Filiberto Gonsalvo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Romulo Celipe scored 5-4 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filiberto Gonsalvo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Peruanton in the 86th minute of play forced Muñiz's goalkeeper Filiberto Gonsalvo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bañado AFC's Artemio Peruanton got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
