The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Estudiantes de Bs As booed when Tira Gomas F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofil Pstrongowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingos Chago struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Evaristo Bingen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tira Gomas F.C. Evaristo Bingen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Teyo in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marciano Petri in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Bingen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tira Gomas F.C's Domingos Chago got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evaristo Bingen didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tira Gomas F.C's Rene Teyo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Tira Gomas F.C's Casimiro Dominix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Tira Gomas F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Estudiantes de Bs As's Toninho Mota dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 38th minute, Fernan Tipi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaristo Bingen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Chago in the 41st minute of the match. Casimiro Dominix came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Estudiantes de Bs As's Toninho Mota. But to his dismay, Toninho Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Rene Teyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Evaristo Bingen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Evaristo Bingen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Petri in the 56th minute of the match. Bernabe Macerio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 59 minutes into the match. Bernabe Macerio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de Bs As's Niceto Lleir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casimiro Dominix narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casimiro Dominix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toninho Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Delmar Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marciano Petri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Bingen having to interfere. Rene Teyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Chago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de Bs As's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Chago came free, but Evaristo Bingen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Teyo got free with Evaristo Bingen in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Casimiro Dominix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toninho Mota in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Ruperto Luken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casimiro Dominix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Cordeara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tira Gomas F.C's Domingos Chago in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estudiantes de Bs As's goalie prevented a goal. Tira Gomas F.C's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Estudiantes de Bs As had won, even though Tira Gomas F.C had held more of the ball.
