The BELTRA F.C fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when BELTRA F.C's Luís Guilherme de Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jairo Bordat hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Donato Mendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme de Senna in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David de Carvalho in the 27th minute of play forced Sony FC's goalkeeper Donato Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Mede hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Conrado Montae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Sosa in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Sony FC booed when BELTRA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Bordat didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Celestino Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Sony FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Lizar couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the match, Sony FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Guilherme de Senna came free, but Donato Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Guilherme de Senna to make the kick off. Donato Mendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme de Senna in the 54th minute of the match. If David de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Guilherme de Senna during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Luís Guilherme de Senna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BELTRA F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
