Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacinto Galoer started the match with the kick off. Octavio Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Cerilo in the 5th minute of the match. Mario Elorri didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Alfredo Dimas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Cristo Harriet was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cotita AFC's Jacinto Galoer got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Augusto Ted fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mascota AFC's protests and gave Augusto Ted a yellow card for diving instead. Augusto Ted kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Jacinto Galoer kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 16thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Mascota AFC's keeper Mario Elorri was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Mascota AFC's goalie Mario Elorri was quick on his feet when Jacinto Galoer aimed and made a shot towards the top left corner. The goalie picked down the ball without great difficulties. In the 25th minute, Cipriano Estefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Arnulfo Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Remir charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nunez Remir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd match minute, Mascota AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Remir to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Armando Olo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octavio Cortez. Cotita AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Olo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Polo in the 42nd minute of play forced Cotita AFC's goalkeeper Octavio Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnulfo Polo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mario Elorri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Galoer's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Polo in the 57th minute of play forced Cotita AFC's goalkeeper Octavio Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Cotita AFC's goalkeeper Octavio Cortez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Olo. After 73 played minutes Cotita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Harriet. Arnulfo Polo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Octavio Cortez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Mascota AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Estefan. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Arnulfo Polo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Octavio Cortez to make any attempt to save it. Cotita AFC made a substitution. Diego Ezkerra replaced Israel Lia. Cotita AFC's Angel Aznaro was substituted for Cristo Harriet. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mascota AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
