Julian Gaitano hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Rafael Eneko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Gaitano in the 10th minute of play. Rafael Eneko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Laurgain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Alejandro Bizen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Napier was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 28th minute Ceferino Laurgain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Eneko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Eneko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Laurgain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Alejandro Bizen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Hugo Napier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiro Mata in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Napier saved Chacabuco AFC from getting behind. Ricardo Arano got in the 39th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Hugo Napier. This was a shot which ended in a score of 3-0. After 43 minutes, Anastasio Calvet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacabuco AFC and the Granville AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Chacabuco AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Anastasio Calvet hit a great ball. Hugo Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Bizen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Granville AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Laurgain came free, but Rafael Eneko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Bizen to make the kick off. Alejandro Bizen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dariusz Pietrowiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Pietrowiak in the 62nd minute of play forced Chacabuco AFC's goalkeeper Hugo Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chacabuco AFC's zone, Alejandro Bizen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Napier came out of the goal and Alejandro Bizen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dariusz Pietrowiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Granville AFC's Rafael Eneko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Gaitano in the 68th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Rafael Eneko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chacabuco AFC's goalkeeper Hugo Napier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Eneko made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Ceferino Laurgain sent off a good shot on target. Dariusz Pietrowiak scored 4-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Napier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
