Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when David Carvalho made the kick off which started today's match. Uriel Lizardi made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Rene Mano sent off a good shot on target. Ariel Berriotxoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Lizardi having to interfere. Niceto Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lisandro Luken came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Wacho tirapedos's David Carvalho. But to his dismay, David Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Lisandro Luken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Txaran in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, David Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Aguilera during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Potrero's Jose Quinton got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Rene Mano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Uriel Lizardi, 1-2. Wacho tirapedos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Rene Mano scored to the left of an out of position Uriel Lizardi, making the score, 2-2. A sloppy throw-in by Jonatan Estebe in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Wacho tirapedos's Romulo Hotz. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerardo Estefan was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Estebe to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Carvalho got free with Lisandro Luken in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Carvalho took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lisandro Luken. Lisandro Luken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Uriel Lizardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Mano, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute Marcelino Ovando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Lizardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Estefan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uriel Lizardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ariel Berriotxoa charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ariel Berriotxoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gerardo Estefan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Gerardo Estefan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Potrero's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Estefan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Lizardi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel Berriotxoa in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uriel Lizardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ariel Berriotxoa struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Uriel Lizardi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Potrero. In the 94th minute Gerardo Estefan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Lizardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Gerardo Estefan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Potrero's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Estefan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Lizardi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Wacho tirapedos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
