Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Matias Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Peyo having to interfere. In the 5th match minute, Iturreguí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Larra to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Rodio's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Iraitz came free, but Juan Paublo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Rodio's Matias Johans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulino Peyo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulino Peyo made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Matias Johans sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute Simon Haitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Peyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Larra got his second yellow card in the match during the 13th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Rodio booed when Iturreguí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Larra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Pirmin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulino Peyo. Iturreguí's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Paulino Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Haitz in the 24th minute of the match. When Leandro Igon fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iturreguí's protests and gave Leandro Igon a yellow card for diving instead. Paulino Peyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Haitz in the 34th minute of play. Edelmiro Iraitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Paublo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Gualterio Refugio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Filomeno Quirze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iturreguí and the Rodio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Iturreguí's Filomeno Quirze got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Edelmiro Iraitz came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Iturreguí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edelmiro Iraitz couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, Iturreguí's Edelmiro Iraitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Paublo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Simon Haitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Haitz to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Iturreguí's zone, Simon Haitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Peyo came out of the goal and Simon Haitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulino Peyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Haitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Matias Johans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulino Peyo. Iturreguí's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matias Johans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Matias Johans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Cresitobalo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Jorge Cresitobalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Iturreguí's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Johans came free, but Paulino Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Simon Haitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Iturreguí getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jorge Cresitobalo hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Edelmiro Iraitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Paublo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Justo Ishmael hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Iturreguí's Blas Piarres got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulino Peyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Haitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Haitz in the 91st minute of play forced Iturreguí's goalkeeper Paulino Peyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Iraitz took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Paublo. Juan Paublo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.
