Ramiro Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Frans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Angelo Cesaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Madrid C. F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgrano cba the free kick. After 14 played minutes Real Madrid C. F. got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Cesaro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Carulli in the 18th minute of play forced Belgrano cba's goalkeeper Guido Balasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Demetrio Carulli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demetrio Carulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Denis Frans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ramiro Bezerra. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. When Demetrio Carulli came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Real Madrid C. F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demetrio Carulli couldn't finish the play. Ambrosio Pelayo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guido Balasi having to make a save. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgrano cba's goalkeeper Guido Balasi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Demetrio Carulli notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Belgrano cba's Guido Balasi. Guido Balasi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ambrosio Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Belgrano cba's Ceferino Pero got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Belgrano cba's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ambrosio Pelayo 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Ambrosio Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 56 played minutes Demetrio Carulli rounded Belgrano cba's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Belgrano cba's Guido Balasi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano cba from getting a goal against them. Guido Balasi made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Edgardo Teofilio sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 63 minutes, Denis Frans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgrano cba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Frans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Balasi having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Real Madrid C. F.'s Demetrio Carulli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guido Balasi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After 80 minutes of play, Belgrano cba's Gaston Loramendi made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramiro Bezerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the match, Belgrano cba's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Pelayo came free, but Guido Balasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demetrio Carulli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Guido Balasi made a huge save. Real Madrid C. F.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
