The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Jumialito AFC's Eduardo Hug sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anier Loi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leandro Urti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anier Loi. PRO VERCELLI UNIONE SPORT's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Erasmo Pereyra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anier Loi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anier Loi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erasmo Pereyra went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Erubiel Ekialde's late challenge caught a Jumialito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erubiel Ekialde helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes PRO VERCELLI UNIONE SPORT got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Ekialde. Anier Loi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Rioja, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 22 played minutes PRO VERCELLI UNIONE SPORT got a freekick which was hit by Luis Quirze. If Rolando Opilano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Eduardo Hug got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 played minutes, Jumialito AFC's Rolando Opilano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anier Loi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jumialito AFC reached it. Ismael Lixandro might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anier Loi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ismael Lixandro ran back to his position shaking his head. Fermin Medero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Ariando in the 35th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Erasmo Pereyra put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Anier Loi. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ismael Lixandro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jumialito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Lixandro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Loi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Erasmo Pereyra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 49 minutes, Arnoldo Paulin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jumialito AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnoldo Paulin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaudencio Ariando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes PRO VERCELLI UNIONE SPORT got a freekick which was hit by Luis Quirze. If Erasmo Pereyra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Pereyra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anier Loi was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. In the last second Anier Loi throw himself and got hold of the ball when Erasmo Pereyra in the 61stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Pereyra in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Loi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erasmo Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Loi having to interfere. A collision led to Jumialito AFC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ruperto Porfirio hit a great ball. Fermin Medero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Oriol in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Pudes in the 73rd minute of play forced Jumialito AFC's goalkeeper Fermin Medero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Jumialito AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Arnoldo Paulin hit a great ball. Erasmo Pereyra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Anier Loi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Anier Loi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Anier Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Pereyra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jumialito AFC's Rolando Opilano got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the game, Erasmo Pereyra lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Anier Loi. The supporters of PRO VERCELLI UNIONE SPORT booed when Jumialito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Rioja didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Jumialito AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than PRO VERCELLI UNIONE SPORT.
