The supporters of Club Atletico Central booed when Ñanducita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Ekhi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 0-1 became the score in the 8th minute when Christian Venceslao elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Central's Corneliu Ilie got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 22nd minute, one of Club Atletico Central:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atletico Central. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Ñanducita. Jimeno Vincente stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Carlos Cordero. 0-2. Laureano Sabin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carolo Niva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Carolo Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Miro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Lazcano hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Ñanducita's goalkeeper Carolo Niva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aristides Fresco. Carolo Niva was a little too slow when Aristides Fresco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-2. When Ñanducita's Santos Ekhi in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Central's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

In the 64th minute, Abelardo Nafarroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santos Ekhi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Carlos Cordero made a huge save. A collision led to Ñanducita getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Daniel Atauri hit a great ball. Jimeno Vincente's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Central's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Vincente helped the player get up and apologised. After 82 played minutes Ñanducita got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Vincente. Carolo Niva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Fresco in the 85th minute of the match. Freddy Miro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute Aristides Fresco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Aristides Fresco sped through Ñanducita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carolo Niva. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
