With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remigio Gauargi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Federico Estefan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Pio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Celestino Pio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Estefan having to make a save. If Edgardo Pereyra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 33rd play minutes Feliciano Chepe shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Remigio Gauargi and just under the crossbar into goal. Federico Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Chepe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigio Gauargi was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Corolina's Remigio Gauargi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Corolina from getting a goal against them. Feliciano Chepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celestino Pio to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Muñano FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Chepe. In the 54th minute, Timoteo Lucian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remigio Gauargi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 57 minutes into the match, Corolina's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Arce came free, but Remigio Gauargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Valerio's late challenge caught a Corolina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariano Valerio helped the player get up and apologised. Mariano Valerio kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Corolina's zone, Feliciano Chepe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Gauargi came out of the goal and Feliciano Chepe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feliciano Chepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Gauargi having to interfere. Remigio Gauargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Arce in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Muñano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Lorencio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Arce in the 84th minute of play forced Corolina's goalkeeper Remigio Gauargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Corolina's zone, Alonzo Arce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Gauargi came out of the goal and Alonzo Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alonzo Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Gauargi came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Muñano FC's Feliciano Chepe. But to his dismay, Feliciano Chepe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Muñano FC fully deserved thier win.
