The supporters of Lavalle booed when Atletic Fortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Basualdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Farias got free with Julio Savier in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Atletic Fortín fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Atletic Fortín's Florentino Artal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 15th minute, Florentino Artal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Cristos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Artal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Artal in the 21st minute of play forced Lavalle's goalkeeper Nestor Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florentino Artal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Nestor Cristos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Lavalle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Azubeli to maneuver through the defense. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florentino Artal to strike the kick off in the second half. After 61 minutes, Gwidon Domin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletic Fortín and the Lavalle players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Gwidon Domin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Giacchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Nestor Cristos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lavalle's zone, Eugenio Giacchetti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Cristos came out of the goal and Eugenio Giacchetti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Atletic Fortín getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Javier Basualdo hit a great ball. Eugenio Giacchetti in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nestor Cristos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 81 minutes, Eugenio Giacchetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletic Fortín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Giacchetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florentino Artal struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Nestor Cristos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletic Fortín. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Florentino Artal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletic Fortín's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Artal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Cristos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Giacchetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Cristos having to interfere. Atletic Fortín's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
