The supporters of LOS PIOJOS booed when Lavalle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Pancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. LOS PIOJOS's Ignacio Asur got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The nice shot from Ignacio Asur in the 13thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Nestor Cristos had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Gogo Montel's late challenge caught a LOS PIOJOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gogo Montel helped the player get up and apologised. Gogo Montel kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to LOS PIOJOS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ignacio Asur hit a great ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Gogo Montel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS PIOJOS's Vicente Txordon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ignacio Asur succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 23rd playminute. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lavalle's goalkeeper Nestor Cristos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gogo Montel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 33 minutes, Bonifacio Mouricio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS PIOJOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Mouricio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Lavalle defense, Ignacio Asur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Cristos. The Lavalle fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Cristos should have stopped the shot. Roman Pancho kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Lavalle's Nestor Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Mouricio in the 41st minute of play. Vicente Txordon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Bihar, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Vicente Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Farias in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

After a rather tough play, Lavalle's Gogo Montel got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Ignacio Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lavalle's Gogo Montel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vicente Txordon. That made the score 3-2 after 85 minutes of play. In the 90th minute of the match, Gogo Montel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vicente Txordon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 93 minutes, Enzo Farias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lavalle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Farias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Bonifacio Mouricio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Cristos. Lavalle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bonifacio Mouricio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2.
