An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Weterio in the 14th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Narciso Illan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Ciriaco Etxeberri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Illan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ciriaco Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31stth minute of the game Rosendo Weterio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Narciso Illan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Boca Juniors's Narciso Illan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Etxeberri in the 32nd minute of play. Ceferino Alfonso kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Rosendo Weterio made a precise shot to the right of Narciso Illan. The shot was stopped by Narciso Illan but with some difficulty. Gabriel Chan struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Narciso Illan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunampa AFC. The Sunampa AFC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Sunampa AFC's Rosendo Weterio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 67 minutes, Ceferino Alfonso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Juniors and the Sunampa AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciriaco Etxeberri got free with Narciso Illan in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rosendo Weterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Illan having to interfere. Ciriaco Etxeberri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
