Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jesus Santikurtz started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Jesus Santikurtz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Jakue didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustaquio Lugo went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Tala FC's Eusebio Joey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruben Cordeara. That made the score 1-1 after 14 minutes of play. Anastasio Fe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Eustaquio Lugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Joey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruben Cordeara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Jesus Santikurtz took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvestre Jakue. Silvestre Jakue dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Eusebio Joey struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ruben Cordeara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tala FC. Florencio Abilio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruben Cordeara. Cuervo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silvestre Jakue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Santikurtz, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebio Joey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Jakue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Santikurtz in the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Placido Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tala FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Cordeara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Eusebio Joey came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Tala FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Joey couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Tadeo Echavarri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tala FC fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Tala FC's Eusebio Joey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 69 minutes into the game, Jesus Santikurtz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Silvestre Jakue was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Tala FC booed when Cuervo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Refugio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusebio Joey in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruben Cordeara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Silvestre Jakue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Santikurtz in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Eustaquio Lugo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Placido Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruben Cordeara having to make a save. A collision led to Tala FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Florencio Abilio hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Silvestre Jakue successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 89 minutes into the game, Tala FC's Placido Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruben Cordeara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Silvestre Jakue acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Raimundo Bertin. Silvestre Jakue came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Cuervo FC's Jesus Santikurtz. But to his dismay, Jesus Santikurtz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. When the final whistle went the supporters of Cuervo FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Tala FC side.
