Reynaldo Nascimento had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Gustavo Orlandus's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Fredrik Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Hurko having to interfere. Gilberto Caetano kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Flavio Intxixu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Cordeal in the 41st minute of play. Vicente de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Jayvier during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramiro Jayvier hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ismael Clemencin charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Clemencin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56thth minute of the game Igor Cordeal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL NORTEÑO.f.c.'s Reynaldo Nascimento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vicente de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for talleres lo mas. Gustavo Orlandus stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Reynaldo Nascimento. 2-0. After 69 minutes of play, EL NORTEÑO.f.c.'s Ismael Clemencin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejo Hurko was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Igor Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. talleres lo mas made a substitution. Godofredo Innocenzio replaced Gonzalo Raebert. Vicente de Queirós's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Esteban Dacio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alejo Hurko. Esteban Dacio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. talleres lo mas made a substitution. Arnulfo Petrigai replaced Vicente de Queirós. Reynaldo Nascimento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnulfo Petrigai's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Fredrik Lundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
