In the 8th minute, Luis Andres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Bastia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Christian Sadurni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Gimenez in the 18th minute of the match. Carolo Gitano in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christian Sadurni, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Augusto Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Sendoa in the 26th minute of play. Augusto Bastia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Sendoa in the 28th minute of the match. Lorenzo Kaxen's late challenge caught a A.C. Sheriff's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Kaxen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tostado AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Lorenzo Kaxen hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Emilio Seber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, A.C. Sheriff's Christian Sadurni got control of the ball when Carolo Gitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Luis Andres put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Augusto Bastia. Augusto Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andres in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Tostado AFC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Lorenzo Kaxen hit a great ball. Jacobo Sendoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Augusto Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute Luis Andres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacobo Sendoa to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 52 in the game by Luis Andres from a close distance when the talented Augusto Bastia managed to make a qualified save. Tostado AFC's players were relieved. 55 minutes into the match, Luis Andres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Bastia. Tostado AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Sendoa in the 68th minute of play forced Tostado AFC's goalkeeper Augusto Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tostado AFC's zone, Jacobo Sendoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Bastia came out of the goal and Jacobo Sendoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The A.C. Sheriff fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when A.C. Sheriff's Jacobo Sendoa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 80th match minute, Tostado AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Azibar to maneuver through the defense. Luis Andres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Bastia having to make a save. Augusto Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Sendoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A.C. Sheriff played a much better game than Tostado AFC and deserved their victory. The Tostado AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
