Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zézinho Bittencourt in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Bide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernando Lehen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Fernandez having to interfere. If Awa Guritno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo's Cirilo Ignazio got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 19 minutes, Zézinho Bittencourt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pintos AFC and the Cachiyuyo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pintos AFC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Zézinho Bittencourt hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonel Gorbea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Esteve Fernandez. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Pintos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Gorbea came free, but Esteve Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Bide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zézinho Bittencourt in the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Pintos AFC's Awa Guritno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruperto Bide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 43rd minute Cirilo Ignazio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 52 minutes of play, Cachiyuyo's Leonel Gorbea made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esteve Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Gorbea in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Zézinho Bittencourt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ruperto Bide, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Pintos AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tiburcio Quin hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Ruperto Bide successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Leonel Gorbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pintos AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Cachiyuyo had won, even though Pintos AFC had held more of the ball.
