Feliberto Dominix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Irrintzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Alfredo Abeita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Procopio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Gau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Blas Gau struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Filiberto Procopio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SUMO. Feliberto Dominix came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Meshik FC's Jorge Su. But to his dismay, Jorge Su quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Alfredo Abeita came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the SUMO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Abeita couldn't finish the play. When Anier Irrintzi fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meshik FC's protests and gave Anier Irrintzi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd match minute, Meshik FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Irrintzi to maneuver through the defense. Blas Gau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Filiberto Procopio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Meshik FC booed when SUMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Salvidor didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Feliberto Dominix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Su in the 57th minute of play. Rafael Cordareo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, SUMO's Victoriano Pacorro got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the match, SUMO's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Su came free, but Feliberto Dominix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Meshik FC made a substitution. Carmelo Rexino replaced Clemente Primeiro. In the 76th minute Alfredo Abeita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Procopio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Iratzeder in the 78th minute of play forced Meshik FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Procopio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Melquiades Onofre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SUMO's Alfredo Abeita got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filiberto Procopio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Gau in the 83rd minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Ciro Gorri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meshik FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SUMO the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Meshik FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Gorri to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Meshik FC booed when SUMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Salvidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
