The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Rutenio during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, La peor!'s Carolo Emeterio tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Urbano Quirze lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zapiola FC! The referee gave La peor! a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Carolo Emeterio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Zapiola FC's Ruben Berto. 0-1. In the 15th minute, Aristides Efraim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Silvano Xabel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Felipe Jordy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Berto was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Ruben Berto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Jordy in the 33rd minute of play. Aristides Efraim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aristides Efraim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Teodosio Horado made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felipe Jordy was the one to do the kick off. La peor!'s Carolo Emeterio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Zapiola FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Aristides Efraim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zapiola FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Efraim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodosio Horado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rdth minute of the game Aristides Efraim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La peor!'s Teodosio Horado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aristides Efraim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Horado having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, La peor!'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Eutor came free, but Teodosio Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Aristides Efraim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zapiola FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 79th minute, Adrian Rutenio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 played minutes La peor! got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Senio. After 82 played minutes Zapiola FC got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Franco. Eusebio Rodas's late challenge caught a La peor!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Rodas helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Zapiola FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La peor!:s goal. When the match had been going on for 86 minutes, La peor!'s Carolo Emeterio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ruben Berto. Ruben Berto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Jordy in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of La peor! booed when Zapiola FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Rutenio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The La peor! players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
